Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the 1777xp platform. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms set out below.
You must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register and use 1777xp. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
All account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposit and withdrawal methods are subject to availability in the cashier. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions and time limits stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting or exploitation of promotions may result in account suspension.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage abuse, money laundering and any form of manipulation of platform systems are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and request self-exclusion at any time. These tools are accessible from account settings. The platform complies with responsible gambling obligations under its operating license.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1777xp holds its operating license. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable local laws, including those of Pakistan.
Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1777xp. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 1777xp ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our") and any person who registers an account or uses the services available at the 1777xp platform ("you", "the User", "the Player").
1.2 1777xp operates as an online sports betting and live casino platform offering services in English to users including those located in Pakistan. The platform operates under an international gambling license as set out in the operator's official licensing documentation.
1.3 These Terms apply to all use of the platform including, but not limited to, registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino play and participation in promotions.
1.4 By accessing the platform, registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 1777xp — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and the Operator reserves the right to suspend an account pending age confirmation at any time.
3.2 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restrictions preventing you from participating in gambling activities.
3.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the 1777xp platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Operator does not warrant that the Services are available or lawful in all territories. Pakistani users are advised that Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. You must obtain independent legal advice if you are uncertain about your local legal position.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension.
3.5 Personal Use Only. Accounts are for personal use only. You may not register an account on behalf of another person, operate an account as a trustee or nominee, or allow another person to use your account.
Underage Gambling: It is an offence to permit a person under the applicable minimum age to gamble. If we have reason to believe a registered user is underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending full identity and age verification. Any winnings generated during a period of underage use may be withheld.
4.1 Accurate Information. When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
4.2 Identity Verification. The Operator is required to verify the identity of all registered users as part of its KYC obligations. You may be requested to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership.
4.3 Document Submission. KYC documents must be submitted through the secure in-platform verification portal only. Do not send identity documents, CNICs, passports or payment documents via email. The Operator bears no liability for documents transmitted outside the designated secure portal.
4.4 Withdrawal Hold. The first withdrawal from any account will be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. We strongly advise completing KYC verification at the time of registration rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested, to avoid processing delays.
4.5 Right to Decline. The Operator reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account where KYC requirements cannot be satisfied, where false information has been provided, or where the Operator has reason to believe that the applicant is ineligible.
5.1 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials including username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
5.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify the Operator immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any suspected breach of security. The Operator will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
5.3 Two-Factor Authentication. The Operator offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended additional security measure. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
5.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including all bets placed and all transactions initiated, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
6.1 Currency. All deposits are received and held in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Where a deposit is made in a currency other than PKR, conversion will be applied at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction.
6.2 Payment Methods. Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. The Operator references payment options familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for contextual familiarity only. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling operations. Method availability is subject to change and must be verified in the cashier prior to each transaction.
6.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering or any illegal means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
6.4 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change. The Operator reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
6.5 Deposit Limits. Users may set self-imposed deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) from their account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit may be subject to a cooling-off period.
7.1 KYC Prerequisite. All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity and age verification are fully complete.
7.2 Same Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and the Operator's AML policies.
7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. The Operator endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, processing times are subject to third-party payment provider timelines, which are outside the Operator's control.
7.4 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of an account balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering and eligibility conditions is available for withdrawal.
7.5 Right to Withhold. The Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, policy violation, identity dispute or AML concern. Users will be notified where a withdrawal is placed on hold.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in the case of suspected advantage play, odds errors or technical faults.
8.2 Odds Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, the Operator reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct odds. Users will be notified of any such voiding.
8.3 Event Cancellation. If an event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the Operator's stated settlement period, the bet will generally be voided and the stake returned. Specific rules for individual sports and markets are set out in the Operator's House Rules.
8.4 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. The Operator is not liable for connectivity issues, data feed delays or any technical interruptions that affect live betting markets. Bets already confirmed as accepted will be settled on the basis of the official result.
8.5 Casino Games. All live casino and slot games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or professional live dealer studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available in the game information panel for each title.
8.6 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the Operator's records shall be the primary reference point. Users may submit a formal dispute through the platform's support system. Unresolved disputes may be escalated in accordance with the Operator's licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution procedures.
9.1 Individual Offer Terms. Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, maximum bonus amounts, time limits and withdrawal conditions. These individual terms take precedence over any general description of a promotion.
9.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
9.3 Bonus Abuse. The Operator monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with good-faith play. Where bonus abuse is identified, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited and the account suspended.
9.4 Operator's Discretion. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after a promotion has been claimed, where there is evidence of system error, misuse or where continuation of the promotion would constitute a breach of applicable regulations.
9.5 No Guarantee. The availability of bonuses and promotional offers is not guaranteed. The Operator does not guarantee that any specific offer will be available to any specific user at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1777xp platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

12.1 Operator's Right. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, or where continuation of the account would create regulatory or compliance risk.
12.2 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the user via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to the resolution of any pending bets or withdrawal requests prior to processing.
12.4 Forfeiture. Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct — the Operator reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds.
13.1 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits or loss of business opportunities.
13.3 The Operator's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that user to the platform in the three months preceding the relevant claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1777xp holds its operating license.
14.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties directly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents the Operator from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
15.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
15.3 Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
